We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients; therefore, payment is due at the time service. If you have any questions regarding your account, please contact our office. Many times, a simple telephone call can clear up any misunderstandings.
Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We submit claims to your insurance on your behalf. Most insurance companies respond within four to six weeks. Once your insurance has processed the claim, you will receive a statement reflecting any remaining balance. If you have not received an update within that timeframe, please contact our office. Any balance not covered by insurance is the patient’s responsibility, and prompt payment is appreciated.
